Geli Kalampaka

Born in Trikala, Greece in 1983. Lives in Athens.

Since 2005, she has been working in various capacities in the visual arts and theatre fields: photographer, visual artist, video director and editor, curator in collaboration with large institutions (Onassis Cultural Centre, Athens and Epidaurus Festival, The National Theatre of Greece among others), as well as independent directors, groups and platforms. As dramaturg, assistant director, set / assistant set designer, lighting designer, production / post-production assistant, stage manager, her employers and collaborators include the Greek Festival, the National Theatre of Greece, Poreia Theatre, Create an Accident Platform, and directors Antonis Antonopoulos, Dimitris Karantzas, Takis Tzamargias, Efi Theodorou, Simos Kakalas, Cezaris Grauzinis, Dinos Nikolaou, Martha Frintzila, Aris Retsos, Esther André Gonzales. She was also in charge of operating NTG’s bookstore for four years, as well as assistant to the former Artistic Director of NTG, Yannis Houvardas, from 2011 to 2013.
